Marudhar Marble

Marudhar Marble is located at Godown No.363 in Madanganj. Being so close to the Marble Mandi in Kishangarh means we are right in the middle of all the action. This place is huge and sometimes it feels like the rows of marble slabs never end. We spend a lot of time in the godown, moving heavy pieces around with the crane. It is loud work and you have to be careful where you step. Our office is just a small corner where we keep the ledgers and a couple of chairs for guests. It is usually covered in a thin layer of white dust, no matter how much we try to sweep it away. We are not some big fancy firm with a marketing department. It is just a few of us here making sure the orders are loaded correctly onto the trucks. Some days the sun is really beating down on the tin roof of the godown and it gets quite hot inside. We just drink plenty of water and keep at it. People come from all over to the Mandi, so we meet all kinds of folks looking for different types of stone. We tell them what we have and show them the stock. There is no pressure or sales talk, just showing the material as it is. It is hard work but it keeps us busy and pays the bills at the end of the month.
