Khas Travels

Khas Travels is located over in Shor Gran Mohalla, right near the Power House at Diggi Chowk. It’s a bit of a specific spot, number 200/5, so sometimes people have to look twice to find the door. Being near the Power House makes it easy to give directions, though. This part of Ajmer is a bit different from the main tourist areas. It feels more like a neighborhood where people actually live and work. I usually get here early to open up the shutters. The office is pretty plain, just some posters on the wall and a few desks. We handle all sorts of travel requests, from local trips to longer journeys. It’s not a big corporate setup. It is just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. We talk to the locals a lot, and many of them have been coming to us for years. You see the same kids walking to school and the same tea stall guy every morning. It feels grounded. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing, and other times it is quiet enough to read the paper. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth is usually how people find out about us. We just focus on getting the details right for whoever walks through the door. It’s honest work, and we like being part of the Diggi Chowk community. We keep things simple and try to be fair with everyone.
