Our office is tucked away in Dev Plaza over in Haribahu Upadhyay Nagar, specifically Nasirabad B 10. If you’ve been around this part of town, you know it can get pretty busy with people coming and going. We’ve been sitting at these desks for a long time now, helping people figure out where they want to go. It isn't a massive space, but it’s where everything happens for us. We spend a lot of time on the phones and staring at computer screens, trying to find flights or hotel spots that actually make sense. Some days are quieter than others, where we just sit and catch up on paperwork or chat about the latest changes in travel rules. It gets a bit warm in here during the afternoons, but we have the fan going. Parking around the plaza can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes, which we hear about from customers. People walk in with all sorts of questions, some simple and some that take us a while to sort out. We don't have any big speeches to give about what we do. It’s just work. We handle the bookings and make sure the names are spelled right on the tickets. Dealing with travel can be messy sometimes with delays and cancellations, so we do our bit to straighten things out. It feels good when someone comes back and says they had a decent time. We're just here in the plaza every day.
