Hemant Provision Store

Hemant Provision Store is right here in the HMT Industrial Area, just off Beawar Road in Dorai. We've been here for quite some time now, watching the factory workers come and go every single day. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is rushing to get their stuff before their shift starts. The dust from the road sometimes gets in, but that’s just how it is around here. We keep all the usual things people need, like lentils, flour, soaps, and those little packets of biscuits the kids like. It isn't a fancy place with bright lights or anything like that. Just some old wooden shelves and a counter that’s seen better days. Sometimes the truck drivers stop by when they’re passing through Beawar Road because they know they can get a quick pack of tea or some snacks without a fuss. We open early, usually when the sun is just coming up, and stay open until it’s dark. My father started this place, and I just took over because it’s what we do. There’s no big story to it, really. We just try to keep the shelves full and make sure we have change for a hundred rupee note, which is harder than you’d think. People from Dorai know where we are. If you’re looking for us, just head towards the industrial area and look for the blue sign that's a bit faded now.
