Dholpur Stone Company

Dholpur Stone Company is located right by Chamunda Chauraha on Foy Sagar Road. We are pretty easy to find since we are so close to Tagore Public School. You can usually hear the kids during their break times while we are working in the yard. Rawat Nagar is a good neighborhood, and we have been part of it for a long time. Our space is mostly filled with different types of stone, as you might expect from the name. It gets pretty dusty out here, especially when the wind picks up off Foy Sagar Road. We spend a lot of our day loading and unloading trucks. It isn't glamorous work, but it keeps us busy. We don’t really have a front desk or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the gate will come over and see what you need. We have stacks of stone everywhere, and sometimes it takes a minute to find the exact batch someone is looking for. The sun hits the yard pretty hard in the afternoon, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early in the morning. It’s a local operation, and most of our customers are just people from around the area or builders working on nearby houses. We like being near the school and the crossroads because there’s always something going on. It’s a simple business and we like it that way.
