Dharti Dhan Marbles

Dharti Dhan Marbles is located out in Madanganj, right on Harmada Road. We are directly opposite Chandak Marble, so if you find them, you’ve found us. The area is known for stone, and we fit right in. We’ve been operating from this spot for a long time. It’s a family-run business and we don’t have any fancy marketing department. We just have a lot of marble. Every morning we open up the gates and start sorting through the stock. It's hard work, but we are used to it by now. The road can get busy with trucks, which is good for business but makes for a lot of noise. We don't have a polished showroom with air conditioning. It’s more of an open yard where you can see the slabs in natural light. We think that’s the best way to see what the stone actually looks like. People from the surrounding villages and towns often stop by. We talk to them, show them what’s available, and help them load up if they buy something. We don't use any high-pressure tactics. If the marble is right for you, then it's right. Sometimes we have a cup of tea with the customers while they decide. It's a slow-paced way of doing things compared to the big city shops, but it works for us. We've stayed on Harmada Road because it's where our roots are and where we know the people.
