Damodar Marble & Granite

We have been here on Tukda Road in Kishan Garh for a while now. Running a stone yard like Damodar Marble & Granite isn't easy work, but it is what we do every single day. Most of our mornings start quite early when the trucks pull in. We spend a lot of time moving slabs around and checking what we have left in the yard. People usually stop by when they are fixing up a floor or a kitchen at home. It gets really dusty out here, especially in the afternoons when the wind picks up. We try to keep things organized so you can actually see the different colors and patterns in the marble. Some pieces have more veins than others. It is just natural rock, so no two are really the same. We do not have a big fancy office or anything like that. Just the yard and the stone. We handle the heavy lifting ourselves and help get things loaded up. If you are driving down the road, you will see us. We have got granite too, which is a bit tougher than the marble. People have different tastes, some like the shiny stuff and some do not. We just show you what we have on the lot and let you decide for yourself. It is a straightforward business. We deal with the local builders and also folks just doing a small patch job at home. Nothing too complicated about it. We just stay busy with the stone.
