Bikaner Misthan Bandar

Bikaner Misthan Bandar is over at C 13 on Todarmal Marg, right by the Chamunda Chouraha. It’s a busy intersection, so there’s always a lot of noise and dust from the street. We’ve been set up here for a while, serving whoever walks in. The shop is filled with the smell of frying ghee and sugar syrup from early morning until late at night. We don't bother with fancy displays or big signs. The glass cases are full of whatever we made that morning. Sometimes the weather makes the sugar go a bit sticky, but that’s just part of the trade. We just want to make sure the food is decent and the prices are fair. It’s not a corporate chain, just a local shop trying to stay busy. We take our time with the cooking because you can't rush these things if you want them to turn out right. It takes a lot of patience to get the texture where it belongs.
