Balabux Bhanwar Lal is located right in the middle of Dargah Bazar and Nala Bazar. This area is one of the most crowded and lively parts of town you can imagine. Every day the streets are packed with people, and the smell of the market is everywhere. Our business has been here for a long time, and we are well-known by the other shopkeepers in the Nala Bazar area. The shop itself is old and holds a lot of history in its walls. We don't use any modern marketing tricks; our name is just painted on the front and people know what we do. Inside, it’s a bit dark and cool compared to the heat of the street outside. We have shelves that go all the way to the ceiling, filled with all sorts of items we’ve collected and traded over the years. It can be a bit of a maze in here if you don’t know your way around. We spend a lot of time just talking to the regulars who have been coming to us for decades. There is no corporate structure here, just a family-style way of doing things where everyone helps out with whatever needs to be done. Whether it is unloading a new shipment or helping a customer find a specific item, we just take it as it comes. The Dargah Bazar area has a lot of energy, and we are happy to be a small part of that daily bustle without making a big fuss about it.
