Ambuja Cements Ltd

Our place is over at Shyam Bhawan in the New Govind Nagar area of Ramganj. If you know Ajmer, you know it can get pretty warm here, so we try to get most of the heavy lifting done early in the morning. We handle the Ambuja Cements Ltd stock at this location. It’s basically a storage and distribution point where things are moving in and out all day long. The building is simple, nothing too special to look at, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time checking the bags for any tears and making sure everything is kept dry. In Rajasthan, you have to watch out for the dust and heat mostly. We have a few guys who handle the loading and a couple of us who take care of the paperwork. It’s not a corporate setup with suits. Most days we are just in our regular clothes, dealing with truck drivers and local contractors who need cement for their projects. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded when a big shipment arrives, but we manage to get things cleared. We’ve been here in Ajmer for a bit, so the locals know where to find us. It's just an honest day's work keeping things organized. We don't really have a fancy philosophy. We just show up, move the cement, and go home. That's how things go for us at Shyam Bhawan.
