Agrawat Marbles

If you are looking for Agrawat Marbles, we are out on the Harmada Road in Kishangarh. This whole area is full of stone and marble, and we are just one of the yards along the road. It’s a very dusty place to work because of all the cutting and moving of the slabs. We spend most of our time outside in the yard, checking the inventory and talking to the truck drivers who bring in the material. The sun can be really strong out here, so we have some shaded areas where we sit and have our lunch. We’ve got all different kinds of stone stacked up, and it changes all the time as things get sold and new shipments arrive. It is hard work moving these heavy pieces around, and we use the cranes and forklifts all day long. The noise of the machinery is something you just get used to after a while. We don’t have a fancy showroom; you just walk through the stacks and see what we have available. Most of the guys working here have been doing this for a long time, so they know exactly how to handle the marble without breaking it. It’s a simple business focused on the stone itself and nothing else. We are usually covered in a bit of white dust by the time we close up for the day.
