Aakash General Store

Aakash General Store is located on Beawar Road in the Ramganj area. We are in Ward No 19, which is a busy spot because Dayanand College is nearby. You can find us right near the New Taj Restaurant. Because of the college, we get a lot of students coming in for pens, notebooks, and snacks. But we also carry general household items for the people living in Ramganj. It’s a mix of a stationery shop and a grocery store. The place is usually a bit chaotic with students looking for specific items for their classes. We have shelves filled with everything from biscuits to washing powder. The counter is often covered in stacks of paper and small change. It gets really loud during the lunch breaks when the college lets out. We try to keep up with what the students want, like different types of noodles or mobile recharge cards. My father started this shop, and now I help him out most days. We don't have a big staff, just us and occasionally a neighbor who helps during the peak hours. The building is older, and the ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking noise, but it works fine for us. We aren't trying to compete with the big malls. We just provide a convenient place for the local community and the students to get what they need without traveling too far into the main city.
