Pachhunga University College

Pachhunga University College is situated in College Veng, up in Aizawl, Mizoram. Our address is 796001, and we’ve been part of this hilltop community for quite a while. If you know Aizawl, you know that the roads can be steep and the views are everywhere. The college is just a place where students from all over the state come to spend their years studying. It’s not a polished corporate campus. It feels more like a collection of buildings where people actually work and learn. We have staff who have been here for years, just doing their bit to keep the place going. The atmosphere changes depending on the season, sometimes foggy and quiet, other times loud with students hanging out between their lectures. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy decorations or anything like that. We mostly just focus on the classrooms and the library. College Veng is a familiar spot for anyone living in this part of Mizoram. You'll see people walking up the hills to get here every morning. It’s a lot of steps, but everyone is used to it by now. We are just a regular college trying to do right by the students who enroll here. There’s always something to fix or a meeting to attend, but that’s just how it goes at Pachhunga University College. It’s a solid part of the local landscape, tucked away in the 796001 area of Aizawl.
