D L Drug Store

D L Drug Store is located right near the Axis Bank ATM in Bawngkawn, Venglai. It’s a handy spot because everyone knows where the ATM is so they never have trouble finding us. We are just a local drug store serving the people who live around here. It gets pretty busy in the evenings when people are coming home from work and need to pick things up. The shop isn't very big but we keep it stocked with what people usually need. We know most of our neighbors by name and they know us too. Venglai is a nice neighborhood to be in and Bawngkawn has a good energy to it. We don't have any flashy signs or big advertisements. We just have our shelves and the counter. Sometimes the power goes out or it rains so hard you can't see the ATM next door but we stay open as much as we can. It’s just me and a couple of others helping out. We don’t try to be anything other than a reliable place for medicine. It can be tiring standing on your feet all day but seeing the regulars makes it better. We are just a small part of the street here in Bawngkawn and we like it that way. No big corporate rules, just a simple shop near the bank. We just take it one day at a time here.
