Suravase Constructions Private Limited

We are based in a small place called Kharwandi, which is part of the Newasa Taluka in Ahmednagar. Our office is at 701/4. Being in a more rural part of Maharashtra means we do things a bit differently than the city firms. Suravase Constructions is mostly about getting the work done without making a big scene. We know most of the people around here because we’ve lived and worked in Ahmednagar for a long time. Our work takes us to different sites, sometimes quite far from Kharwandi. We deal with the usual construction stuff like cement, steel, and laborers. It can be a bit of a headache coordinating everything, especially when the rains come. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just have our reputation and our local address. People come to us when they need a house built or some work done on their property. We handle the materials and the planning as best as we can. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes there are delays with the supplies, but we always finish what we start. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the state. We just want to do good work for our neighbors and keep the business going. It’s a quiet life here in Newasa, and we like it that way. Most of the crew is from around here too.
