Lodha Group Mumbai

Our office is tucked away at A-174 Premdan Hudcco, right on Savedi Road. Even though the name says Lodha Group Mumbai, we spend our days right here in Ahmednagar. It is a decent spot in Maharashtra where things move at a bit of a slower pace than the big city. The 414003 pin code is our home. We have been in this building for some time now. You can usually hear the traffic from the road during the day, but inside we are mostly focused on the piles of papers on our desks. It’s a simple setup with a few chairs and some old fans that have seen better days. We do the work that comes in and try to stay out of the heat. Sometimes people get confused about us being in Ahmednagar with a Mumbai name, but we just explain that's how it's set up. The tea stall around the corner is where we spend most of our breaks. It’s a good place to talk about what’s happening in the neighborhood. We don’t have fancy brochures. If someone needs to know something, they just walk in and ask. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but the roof is solid and the work gets done. That is what matters to us at the end of the day. We are just local people doing our jobs and keeping things moving.
