SANTECH PROJECTS & CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

Our place, Santech Projects & Constructions LLP, is found in Govind Nagar in Sangamner. We are on Galli number 4, which is a fairly quiet street compared to the main roads around Ahmednagar. We’ve been doing construction work for people around here for some time now. It’s a local operation, nothing too fancy or complicated. We mostly handle building projects for folks in the neighborhood and nearby villages. The office is simple and that’s how we like it because we spend more time out at the actual sites anyway. Dealing with cement, bricks, and labor is what fills our days. Sometimes things go smooth and other times there are delays with the weather or supplies. That is just the nature of this kind of work in Maharashtra. We know most of the people who come by since it’s a smaller community than the big cities. We don't really do big advertisements, we just rely on people seeing our work and coming to talk to us on Galli No 4. Most of us grew up around here so we know the local area well. When someone needs a wall built or a house repaired, they usually find their way to our door. It's practical work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We don't have a big staff, just a few reliable people. We just keep building things and moving on to the next job.
