Radhika Industries

Radhika Industries is situated at Plot A-97 within the Industrial Estate in Kopargaon. We are quite close to the Shirdi Sai Baba Mandir, which is a landmark everyone knows around here. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other businesses, so there is always a lot of movement and noise throughout the day. We’ve been operating from this plot for several years now. Our focus is mainly on the manufacturing side of things. It’s not the cleanest work, so our clothes usually show it by the end of the shift. We have a decent-sized team of workers who know their way around the equipment. We don't really go for those polished mission statements or fancy offices. Our office is just a small desk in the corner of the workshop where we handle the paperwork. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes it tough to work, but we keep the fans going and push through the orders. We try to be reliable. If we say we will have something ready by Tuesday, we do our best to make that happen, though sometimes parts get delayed or a machine breaks down. That is just the reality of running an industrial unit. We like being part of the Kopargaon community and have built up some good relationships with the other owners on the estate. It's just honest work for us, and we take it one day at a time.
