You can find our office over at Malpani House on Navin Nagar Road. We’ve been in Sangamner for some time, working out of this spot on Indira Gandhi Marg. Construction is a tough business and there is always something going on, whether it’s a delay with materials or just managing the crew on site. We aren’t really into big speeches about what we do. We just build things. Some days it’s dusty and loud, but that’s the job. Our team usually meets up early in the morning to go over the plans for whatever project is currently on the schedule. We’ve seen this area change a lot over the years, and being part of the local building scene is just our way of making a living. It’s not always easy keeping everything on track, especially when the rain hits or when supplies are late coming down the road. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the local roads and the people. If you walk past S.No.150, you’ll probably see a few of us drinking tea and talking about the next slab we need to pour. It’s straightforward work. We don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is. Just people building houses and shops for other people in town, making sure they stay up for a long time.
