MODERA BUILDCON LLP

We are over at Rachana Appartment in Savedi, Ahmednagar. Our office is actually Flat No. 5 on Plot No. 123, so it feels more like a home than a cold corporate space. That is just how we like it, honestly. MODERA BUILDCON LLP is a small outfit and we don't have a lot of fancy furniture or a big receptionist out front. Usually, it's just one of us answering the door and offering a cup of tea. We do construction work around the city and Savedi is a great place to be based because it’s growing so fast lately. There is always a new house going up or a road being fixed nearby. We spend our mornings checking on our workers and making sure we have enough cement and bricks for the day's tasks. It gets a bit noisy sometimes but that’s the sound of work getting done. We don't use big words or try to act like we know everything. We just understand how to put a building together so it stays standing for a long time. People around here know where to find us if they have a problem or need some advice on a renovation. It is a simple life, mostly just keeping track of schedules and making sure the bills get paid. We are just local builders who care about the neighborhood we live in and the folks who move into our flats.
