Our office is part of the Golden Citi area in Gunjalwadi, which is over in the Sangamner part of Ahmednagar. We are located at S. N. 135/2/1, specifically in unit 2/15. It is a bit of a drive to get out here if you are coming from the main city center, but we like being close to the land we are developing. Sangamner is a growing place, and we have been right in the thick of it for a while now. The office itself is nothing special to look at. We have got the basic furniture we need and a few computers for the paperwork. Most of the day, someone is out at a site checking on the foundations or talking to the bricklayers. We are local builders who know the soil and the weather around here. We don't spend much on advertising because people in the neighborhood usually just know who we are. There is a lot of talk about layouts and plots throughout the day, and the phone rings pretty often with questions about property lines or utility connections. We keep things simple and try to be fair with everyone we work with. The desk is usually cluttered with tape measures and blueprints. We drink a lot of coffee while we try to figure out the best way to lay out a new residential block. It is just regular work for us, and we take pride in seeing a house finally get its roof finished after months of labor.
