We’ve been over at W-54/a in the M.I.D.C. area for a while now. Indo Farm Agro Tools (india) Pvt. Ltd. is where we spend our days dealing with farm equipment and tools. It’s a busy spot. The workshop floor gets loud sometimes, but that’s just how it goes when you’re working with metal and machines. Most of us here grew up around farms or have some connection to the land, so we understand why having a tool that actually works matters. We don't spend much time on fancy offices. Most of the space is taken up by the gear we make and the materials coming in. It’s dusty work, and the coffee in the breakroom isn't great, but we get the jobs finished. People stop by the M.I.D.C. gate asking for parts or advice on their tractors, and we try to help out. It isn't a glamorous setup, just a solid building where we put in our hours. We see a lot of local guys coming through. The weather gets hot in the summer, making the shed feel like an oven, but we keep moving. Being in India, the agricultural side of things never really stops, so neither do we. We just focus on getting the agro tools ready for whoever needs them next. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. Some days are long, but that is part of the trade.
