Ihmct

We are based at Ihmct on Lal Taki Road. Our location is quite unique because we are situated right by the Ajmgtsihmpt Residential College Ground. It is a place that is usually full of life, especially when the students are out on the ground for their activities. Since we are involved with catering and hotel management training, our space is often filled with the smell of food being prepared in the training kitchens. You can hear the clatter of pots and pans and the voices of instructors giving directions to the trainees. It is a very hands-on environment where everyone is learning by doing. The college ground next to us provides a nice open view, which is rare in this part of town. We have classrooms that look more like dining rooms or hotel suites so that everyone gets a feel for the real thing. It is not your typical office job where you sit at a desk all day. We are constantly on our feet, moving between the kitchen, the classrooms, and the administrative area. The building itself has been around for a while and has its own quirks, like the way the doors creak or how the light falls in the corridors during the late afternoon. It is a place for learning and working hard, and we are proud to be part of the daily routine on Lal Taki Road.
