Our office is at 623 Durgamata Colony, over in the Navin Vasahat area of Rees, Khalapur. It’s in the Raigad district, which is a bit of a drive from the main city areas. Dmp Buildcon Private Limited is just a small outfit working on local building projects. Khalapur is a quieter place compared to Thane or Mumbai, which we kind of like. The air is a bit better and things move at a slightly slower pace. Our office is right there in the colony, so we see our neighbors every day. It’s not a fancy setup, just some desks, some chairs, and a lot of project files stacked up against the walls. We do a lot of small-scale construction and repair work around the Raigad area. Sometimes the rain in the monsoon season shuts everything down, and we just sit in the office drinking chai and waiting for the clouds to clear. It’s a simple operation where everyone chips in. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just build things and fix things when they break. It’s the kind of work that’s been done for years, and we’re just the ones doing it right now in this little corner of Rees. We get a lot of locals stopping by with questions about their own houses, and we try to give them some honest advice.
