Aksar Engineering

Aksar Engineering is located at Survey No. 177/2 on Padwola Road. It is a place where you will always find the smell of metal and coolant in the air. We are right near Shiv Techno Cast, so the whole area has a very industrial vibe to it. Our workshop is where all the engineering happens, and it’s usually quite loud when the machines are running. We have different setups for various jobs, and the floor is often covered in small metal shavings by the end of the shift. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit; we all wear clothes that we don't mind getting a bit of grease on. The road outside can get a bit muddy during the rains, which makes it a challenge for the trucks. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything; people usually find us because they need specific engineering work done. The lights are bright over the benches so we can see what we are doing with the precision parts. We spend a lot of time measuring and checking things to make sure they are right before they leave the shop. It’s a lot of manual labor and technical skill mixed together. Sometimes we stay late to finish a particular job that’s been giving us trouble. It’s just how things go when you’re working with machines and metal every day. We like the work and the way the shop feels when everything is running smoothly.
