Aditej Pharmaceutical Private Limited

Started the company here in Wadala, Newasa. Right inside the Narwade Hospital Campus on the Nagar-Aurangabad Highway is where we work. It gets pretty busy with the traffic on the highway all day, but being near the hospital makes sense for a pharmaceutical business like Aditej. House No-705 is where the main office is set up. It’s not a huge fancy place, just a practical spot where we get our work done. Handling different kinds of medicines and supplying them as needed takes up most of our hours. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy, but that is just how it is around here. People come and go from the hospital, so there is always some movement around the campus. There is a small team here. Most of us live nearby, so traveling isn't a huge chore. Time is spent checking stocks and making sure the orders are ready on time. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls, really. Having a highway connection is good for moving goods in and out quickly, which helps a lot. Focusing on keeping things moving smoothly every day without making too much of a fuss is what we do. It is a decent place to work and the hospital staff nearby are usually quite friendly when we bump into them. There is always a lot to do, especially with the paperwork, but managing to get through it keeps things on track.
