We have been at Raviraj Arcade for a while now. It is a busy spot right on Kings Gate Road. Being near Dhoot Hospital means there is always a lot of activity around here. The shop at 1538 is where we spend most of our day. It isn't a huge place, but we keep things organized enough. We open up early and usually stay until quite late. Ramchandra Khunt is a familiar corner for the people living nearby. You see the same faces every morning when the shops start opening up. Sometimes the traffic on the road gets loud, especially in the afternoons when the heat is bad. We handle the medicines and the general goods people need for their homes. It is mostly just us keeping track of what is on the shelves. The shelves are packed pretty tight. We have to rearrange things often so we can find what someone asks for. It is a lot of manual work, checking boxes and writing things down in the big register. We do not have a fancy setup here. It is just the counter, the racks, and us. When the weather is hot, the old fan inside the shop runs all day long. Sometimes people stop by just to ask for directions since we are a landmark near the hospital. We try to keep things moving along. There is always a delivery coming in or someone needing something quickly. It is just how it goes here in the arcade.
