Ack Kalyan Construction is based in Ahmednagar, right on Sahakar Sabhagrah Road. Our office is H No. 1 in Anand Apartment. It’s a convenient location for us to manage our projects from. Ahmednagar is the kind of place where everyone knows everyone, so we rely a lot on our reputation and word of mouth. We do construction work, which mostly means we’re out on sites making sure the bricks are being laid right and the cement is mixed properly. We aren't interested in being the biggest company in Maharashtra; we just want to do good work for the people we deal with. The office at Anand Apartment is where we handle the books and meet with people to discuss their plans. It’s a simple setup. We spend a lot of time dealing with local suppliers and trying to get the best materials we can. Construction is a lot of trial and error sometimes, especially when the weather doesn't play along. We’ve had our share of rainy days that messed up the schedule, but we always find a way to catch up eventually. It’s a practical business. We show up, we do the job, and we go home. No fancy slogans or anything like that. We just enjoy seeing a building go from a pile of dirt to a finished structure that people can actually use.
