White Dove Computer is tucked away on the first floor of Vijay Complex. If you find the Rk Bhaji Pav on Vijay Cross Road, you’re basically there—we’re right above it. It’s a busy corner of Navrangpura, and usually, the smell of food drifts up into our office around lunchtime. We’ve been here for quite some time now. The space is filled with old monitors, cables tangled in corners, and stacks of paperwork that we really should file away better. We handle a lot of computer-related things, mostly fixing stuff or helping people find the right parts. It isn't a high-end showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a workshop where we actually sit and work on things. People from the local colleges come by a lot because we’re close to the crossroad. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when three or four people are waiting in the small area we have for visitors. We don’t use a lot of technical jargon unless we have to. Usually, we just tell people what’s wrong with their laptop and how long it’ll take us to get the part. The stairs up to the shop are a bit narrow, so carrying heavy printers up can be a bit of a workout. We don't spend much on marketing. Most folks just hear about us from their neighbors or see our sign when they're grabbing a snack downstairs. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us and the people who come here.
