Vijana Employable Skills Private Limited

Vijana Employable Skills Private Limited is based out of Godrej Garden City in Ahmedabad. Specifically, we are in the Tivoli section in unit J 1207. It is a big residential township, so it feels quite different from being in one of those crowded office blocks in the city center. There is a lot of green space around here and it is usually much quieter. We use this apartment space to run our day-to-day operations. It is a bit of a mix between a home and a workspace, which makes the whole atmosphere feel more relaxed for us. We focus on teaching skills that help people find jobs. Most of our work involves planning out these training sessions and coordinating things. Since we are in the J block, it is a little bit of a walk from the main entrance of Garden City, but it is a nice area to walk through. We are not some huge company with hundreds of staff members. We are just a small group of people who care about the work we do. We do not have fancy receptionists or big boardrooms. We just have our desks and our equipment. Ahmedabad is a busy and loud city, but out here in Godrej Garden City, things move a bit slower. We like that. It helps us focus on our tasks without too many distractions. It is just a practical setup for us to get things done.
