Cadila Healthcare Ltd.

We are over at Plot No. 5504 in the Phase-3 area of Gidc, where Cadila Healthcare Ltd. has its setup. It’s a busy spot and there is always something going on with the machines or the loading trucks. Most of us have been working here long enough that we don’t really notice the noise anymore. The building itself is just a standard industrial setup, nothing fancy to look at from the outside. We spend our days dealing with healthcare supplies and making sure everything gets labeled correctly before it leaves the gate. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so the fans are always going full blast. We have a small crew and everyone pretty much knows their role without needing to be told. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk, but we get through it. The road outside can get a bit congested during shift changes, which makes getting in and out a bit of a hassle. It is just a regular workplace where people show up, do what they need to do, and go home. We don’t really do big meetings or anything, just quick chats on the floor to keep things moving. It’s been this way for years now and we just keep at it. The tea shop around the corner is where most of us head when the whistle blows for the day.
