Om Industries

Our shop is tucked away in the Pushpak Industrial Estate, specifically at number 44 within the Nika Tube Compound. This is Phase I of the GIDC in Vatva, so it’s a pretty central location for this kind of industry. It’s a bit of a maze back here sometimes, but we’ve been here long enough that we know every corner. The space we have is filled with parts and equipment we use every day. We don’t really go in for big advertisements or fancy decorations because that isn’t what we are about. Most of our time is spent on the floor, dealing with whatever tasks the day brings us. It gets dusty, and the noise from the neighbors is constant, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our team is small, just a few of us who know the ropes and don’t need much direction. We start work early and finish when the job is actually finished, which isn't always at five o'clock. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble. We find that being honest about what we can do works out better for everyone involved. If you come by the compound, just look for the gate near the tube works. We usually have the big doors open to let some air in. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay busy and keep things moving along. It’s not about being the best, it’s just about getting through the day with decent results.
