Harnisha Automation

Our business, Harnisha Automation, is tucked away in Sumel Park No. 6 on Bateshwar Road. That’s in the Shahibaug area, which is usually quite packed with cars and trucks. The noise from Bateshwar Road never really stops, so we just keep the fans on high to drown it out. In our unit, you’ll find shelves full of various parts and wires we’ve gathered over the years. It’s a bit of a mess to an outsider, but we know exactly where the important stuff is kept. We mostly deal with small automation tasks and fixing various electronic components. My assistant and I spend long hours at the workbenches. It’s not the kind of job where you can rush, otherwise, things don’t work right. Shahibaug is a convenient place for us because we can get to our suppliers pretty quickly. We don't bother with fancy brochures or a sales team. If someone needs help with a machine, they usually just give us a call or walk in. There’s no separate waiting room, so visitors usually just stand by the bench while we finish what we’re doing. We try to be honest about how long a repair will take. Some days are slow, while others have us working well past dark. It’s just how things go when you run your own small shop. We’re happy enough just keeping the machines running for the local businesses that rely on us.
