Synergy Lifescience Pvt. Ltd. is tucked into the Shreyas Complex at No. A-113. We are right on the Vejalpur-makarba Road, which is almost always busy with people going back and forth. It is a lively area to be in, though finding a parking spot for my scooter in the morning can be a real headache. The office itself is pretty functional. We have a few rooms filled with desks and computers, and a back area for all the stock. It is not exactly a designer space, but it works for what we need to do. I spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers and trying to coordinate deliveries. Sometimes it feels like I am just moving paper from one side of the desk to the other all day. We have a couple of big windows, but they mostly look out onto the side of another building. We are a small team, so we end up helping each other out a lot. If the warehouse guy is busy, I’ll go back and help him pack some boxes. We don't really have strict job titles in that sense. It is just about getting the work finished so we can all go home. The air conditioner is a bit old and makes a lot of noise, but we are glad to have it when the sun is beating down on the complex. It is just a regular office life for us here.
