Dana Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Naranpur, specifically at No. 34 on the Morivali M.I.D.C. Road. Being in an M.I.D.C. area means we are surrounded by other industrial units and factories. It’s a place where work actually happens rather than just being for show. The road can get a bit rough during the monsoon, and the dust is a constant battle, but that’s normal for an industrial zone. We have our facility here where we take care of the manufacturing and packaging. It’s a practical setup. There’s a lot of metal, some heavy machinery, and plenty of storage space for the materials we use. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything, just the address on the gate. The staff here mostly lives nearby or commutes from other parts of Naranpur. We have a lunch room where we sit and eat together, usually talking about the news or the local cricket scores. It isn't a high-pressure corporate office. It's more of a place where you wear comfortable shoes because you’re on your feet a lot. We keep track of the batches and make sure everything is sorted for the next shipment. The days can be long when we have a big order to finish, but we just get on with it. It’s a simple, hardworking environment. We’ve been at this location for a while now and it suits what we do. It's just a regular factory. We keep things moving.
