Zubaa

Zubaa is located in the Swagat Building, specifically at L- 9 and 10, near the Lalbunglow area on C. G. Road. It’s a good location because C. G. Road is where most people go when they need to get things done. We aren’t a massive department store; we just have our couple of units in the building. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and a place for us to sit and talk to whoever comes in. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards and the other shop owners know us by name. It’s a friendly enough atmosphere. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or expensive signs. We just have the name on the door. Most of our day is spent checking the inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes the air conditioning in the building acts up, but we just open the door and keep going. We don’t try to act like we’re some big international brand. We’re just a local business trying to make things work on C. G. Road. It’s a lot of routine, but we like the familiarity of the Swagat Building. People stop by, have a look at what we have, and we go from there. It’s a simple way of doing business and it’s always worked for us. We aren't looking to change much. We just keep it going one day at a time, making sure the units are open on time.
