Sparsh Exclusive Orthopedic Oncology Clinic is located in the Medicare Building on the ninth floor. We are right behind the Town Hall on Ashram Road. Being on the ninth floor means we have a bit of a view of the city, but most people are focusing on why they are here. This clinic is a bit different because we mostly deal with bone-related tumors and specialized orthopedic issues. It sounds very serious, and it often is, but we try to keep the atmosphere inside quite calm. Ashram Road is always packed with cars and people, but once the elevator gets you up to the ninth floor, it gets a lot quieter. The office is set up with some desks and exam rooms. We don't have any flashy decorations. It’s a professional space but not cold. We see people who have been referred to us from all over the area because this kind of work is very specific. The staff spends a lot of time looking at scans and talking through options with families. It's a lot of sitting and explaining things in plain English. We are in the Medicare Building, which is a well-known spot, so people don't usually have trouble finding the address. We just do our work day by day, helping people navigate some pretty tough health situations without any extra fuss. It is a steady place where we take our time with every file that comes across our desks.
