Silver Infosoft India is located in Maninagar at 371/29 Maniyasha. Maninagar is a bit different from the commercial centers of the city; it has more of a residential and quiet feel in certain pockets. Our office is in a building that looks more like a house than a big glass tower. It’s a simple setup. We have a few rooms where we’ve set up our computers and desks. The wiring is a bit messy in the corners, and the desks are just basic wooden ones. We don’t have a big sign outside or a receptionist at the front. When someone comes to see us, one of us just gets up to answer the door. We spend a lot of time staring at screens and typing. It’s quiet inside, which helps us concentrate. Sometimes you can hear the birds outside or the sound of a neighbor’s scooter. We like being in Maninagar because it’s a bit more relaxed. We have our own little kitchen area where we make tea or coffee during breaks. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We just come in, do our coding and software tasks, and then head home. The furniture is a bit old, and the curtains have been there for years, but it’s a comfortable place to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just care about getting the work done right.
