Our place is in the Florence building, right near the Mount Carmel Junction on Ashram Road. If you know that intersection, you know how busy the traffic can get at almost any hour of the day. We have the cars lined up and the glass is usually pretty clean, though the dust from the road makes it a constant job to keep them looking okay. Inside, it’s a mix of people looking at new models and others waiting for their paperwork to go through. We’ve got a small area where people can sit and have a coffee while they wait. It’s not a very quiet office because of the junction right outside, but we like the energy of the area. The staff here are mostly local folks who know their way around an engine. We spend a lot of time explaining the different features of the cars without trying to sound like we’re reading from a manual. Sometimes the paperwork for a new car takes longer than we’d like, and we have to apologize for the wait. We just try to be real with people. It’s a big purchase for anyone, so we don't rush them. We’ve been at this spot on Ashram Road for quite some time now, and we’ve seen a lot of families drive off in their first cars from here. It feels good to see them happy.
