Chaitanya Agro Chemicals

We are located out at Plot No. 50 in Uma Estate. It's right behind the Bhagyodaya Hotel, so if you're driving down the Vasna - Iyava Viramgam Highway toward Sanand, you can’t really miss the turn-off. The area is quite industrial and the road gets a lot of truck traffic, which brings in a fair bit of dust to the office. At Chaitanya Agro Chemicals, we deal with a lot of different products meant for the fields. Our warehouse space is usually full of bags and containers waiting to be shipped out to the farms. There is a specific smell to the place, a mix of earth and the chemicals we handle, but you get used to it after a day or two. The staff here is small, mostly just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We spend a lot of time talking to farmers about what they need for their crops this season. Sometimes we sit outside on plastic chairs during our break and watch the highway traffic go by. It’s not a fancy setup. The desk is old and the computer is a bit slow, but it does what we need it to do. We focus on getting the right batches mixed and making sure the labels are on straight. It is honest work and it feels good to be part of the agricultural community around Sanand. There is always a lot to do before the monsoon season starts and everyone gets busy.
