SAM AND MAHI CONSULTANTS LLP

We are based in the Basil Infracon building, specifically in unit SF 202. It is right near the Vaishnavdevi Bridge in the Tragad area. If you know that bridge, you can easily find us. The area has been developing quite a bit lately with new buildings and roads popping up everywhere. Sam and Mahi Consultants LLP is just a small operation. We focus on consultancy work, mostly helping folks navigate some of the local requirements for their projects. The office is on the second floor, so we get a decent view of the road and the bridge from the window. It’s not a very large space, just a few chairs and a table where we sit and work through things. We don't have any big signs or posters on the walls. It’s just a practical place to get things done. We usually start our day early before the bridge gets too crowded with traffic. Tragad is a bit away from the main city center, which we like because it’s not as frantic. Sometimes we grab lunch at the stalls nearby. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood or folks who have heard about us from their family. We don't really do much in terms of self-promotion. We just figure that if we do the work right, more work will come our way. That has been our approach for a long time.
