Restore Clinic

Restore Clinic is located on Netaji Marg, right near the old Sharda Mandir. We are very close to the Jalaram railway crossing in Ellis Bridge. It’s a very active part of the city. You can hear the trains passing by pretty often, and the gate at the crossing causes some traffic jams during the day. Our clinic is a simple ground-floor space. It has a small waiting room with some wooden benches and a few chairs. We don't have any fancy air conditioning in the waiting area, just some ceiling fans that keep the air moving. The doctor’s room is just behind the main desk. We see a lot of local people who have been coming to us for years. It’s a very familiar atmosphere. We keep our files in big plastic boxes. There isn't any digital screen or anything like that. We just write things down on paper. The area is a bit dusty because of all the vehicles outside, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the glass and the desks. We have a small staff of two or three people. It’s a practical place to come if you have a health issue. We don’t try to look like a big hospital. We just provide a local service for the neighborhood. Sometimes patients arrive late because the train crossing was closed, and we just fit them in whenever they get here. It’s a very relaxed and informal place.
