Dr. Kajal Shah

I spend most of my hours over at Shalby Hospital. If you know the area, it's right opposite the Karnavati Club. People are always coming and going there. My name is Dr. Kajal Shah and this is where I do my practice. The hospital is a busy place, so there isn't much time for sitting around. I have my set timings for when I see patients, and I try to stick to them, though sometimes things run over if a case is complicated. It’s just how it goes in medicine. My desk is usually covered in papers and files. It’s not the most decorated office, just the basics that I need to do my job. Outside the window, you can see the traffic heading towards the club. I’ve been working in this field for a while now. I didn't want a big flashy clinic of my own, so being part of the hospital works out fine. The staff here is used to the routine. Patients come in with all sorts of worries, and I just listen and see what needs to be done. It’s a lot of talking and checking charts. I go home pretty tired most days. There’s no big secret to how I work, I just show up and do what I was trained to do. It’s a steady life and I'm glad to be in a spot that's easy for people to find. Every day is a little different depending on who walks through the door.
