Our office is located in Ghatlodia, Ahmedabad, specifically at F-No C-403 in Brajdham 1. We’re in the Jantanagar area, quite close to the railway crossing. You can always tell when a train is coming because the whole place shakes just a little bit. It’s something we’ve just gotten used to over time. The office is on the fourth floor. The building isn't brand new, and the elevator can be a bit moody, so we often end up using the stairs. Inside, it’s a pretty standard setup. We have a few desks, a couple of cupboards for our files, and a lot of extension cords running across the floor. It’s not the most organized place, but we have our own system for finding things. Recruirtement Consultancy is just a small operation. We don't have a big staff or any fancy titles. We mostly just spend our days on the phone or looking through papers. Ahmedabad gets incredibly hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time making sure the coolers are filled with water. It’s a bit of a chore, but it’s necessary for us to stay productive. We aren't trying to be some big national firm. We’re just a local consultancy doing our thing in a busy part of the city. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. It feels like a real part of the neighborhood, and we like the simplicity of it. We just do our work and go home.
