If you look for us, we are in the Panlee Complex, Room 305. It’s right across from the Sardar Patel Seva Samaj near Mithakhali Cross Road in Ellisbridge. Being in this part of Ahmedabad means we deal with a lot of traffic every single day. Real Logistic Shipping is mostly about managing the flow of goods and dealing with all the documents that come with it. It is a lot of desk work, phone calls to the ports, and tracking shipments on the computer. Our office isn't very large, just enough room for our desks and a few chairs for visitors. We don't have a big sign outside, so people usually have to look at the building directory. Shipping can be a headache sometimes with all the delays and rules, but we’ve been doing it long enough to not let it get to us. We just keep pushing the paperwork through. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment is stuck or if there is a time zone difference we have to wait for. It’s not a glamorous job, but it is necessary. We know the tea guys in the complex pretty well by now. We don't try to sound like a giant multinational company. We are just a small team in Ellisbridge trying to make sure things get from point A to point B without too many problems. It is just practical work that keeps the world moving.
