Nova Events

Nova Events operates out of C- 15 Raj Bungalows, which is quite close to Swagat Hall in Ranip. Using a bungalow as an office gives us a different feel than being in a commercial tower. It’s a bit quieter, though things get hectic when we have a big date coming up. We spend most of our time planning and talking to vendors on the phone. Ranip is a nice area, and being near Swagat Hall makes sense for the kind of work we do. We don't have a big staff with suits; it’s just a few of us trying to keep things organized. Planning events means dealing with a lot of moving parts, and things don't always go perfectly the first time. We’ve had our fair share of late nights and last-minute changes. Our office in Raj Bungalows is usually filled with samples, notebooks, and lists. We aren't some high-end luxury firm. We just help people put together their functions without making it too complicated. It’s practical work. We stay in touch with local decorators and caterers to see what's available. Some days are slow, while others are a total rush. We just try to keep our heads on straight and make sure the details are covered. Being in a residential-style space like C-15 makes the work feel a bit more personal and less like a cold corporate environment. We mostly just drink coffee and stare at calendars until the job is finally done.
