Freeway Events

We operate out of H-601 in the Titanium City Center, right on that 100 Feet Anandnagar Road. It’s usually pretty hectic in here because of the nature of event planning. There are always boxes of decorations or rolls of carpet sitting around the office. We spend a lot of time on the phone with vendors and caterers. Sometimes things don't go as planned, like a delivery being late or a florist running out of the right color, so we have to scramble. That’s just the way it is in this business. We don't have a fancy showroom, just a space where we can sit down and sketch out floor plans. Most of our work happens on-site at the venues, so the office is just a home base for the paperwork and the laptops. We’ve done everything from small birthday parties to bigger gatherings for companies around Ahmedabad. It's a lot of physical work too, moving chairs and making sure the lights are right. We often work late on weekends when the events are actually happening. It's tiring but it keeps things interesting. My team is small and we’ve known each other for a long time. We just try to make sure the day goes smoothly for whoever hired us. There’s always a bit of chaos before a show starts, but we’re used to it by now. The walls are covered in calendars and notes about different vendors. It gets loud when everyone is on the phone. We have some crates near the door.
