Shyam Packaging Solutions is a unit of Dynamic Engineers. We are in Rakhial at No. 54 Ghanshyam Industrial Estate. This place is a bit of a maze. We are near Virat Nagar Cross Road and right opposite Mamta Nagar Society. It’s a busy junction. There is always someone asking for directions. We make boxes and packaging materials. Corrugated sheets, tape, and all that stuff. The machines hum all day long. It’s a rhythmic sound. You get used to it after a while. We are a small unit. It’s a family-run feel here. We don’t have a fancy board of directors. Just a few of us making sure the orders are correct before they go out. The floor is always covered in scraps of paper and cardboard. We sweep it up at the end of the day, but by ten the next morning, it’s back. It’s the sign of a busy shop. We deal with local businesses mostly. They need boxes for their products, and we provide them. We don't have a sales team. The phone rings, we answer, we take the order. Simple. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to fix them ourselves. We’ve got grease under our fingernails most of the time. It’s honest work in a tough part of town. Rakhial is industrial and gritty, but it’s where the work gets done.
