Radhe Masala Gruhudhyog Private Limited

Our business is located up on the second floor of Apartment 45 in Nalanda Nagar, Nadiad. It is a bit of a residential area, which is where we started our masala project. It is a "gruhudhyog," which basically means it is a home-grown industry. We do not have a massive factory with assembly lines. Instead, it is a lot of hand-mixing and small-scale grinding. The smell of the spices can get pretty strong in the hallways, but the neighbors do not seem to mind too much. We focus on traditional masala blends that people around Nadiad have been using for years. It is just a few of us working in the apartment, making sure each batch is right. We do not have a fancy sales team or a big office. We mostly sell to local shops or people who stop by because they heard we were making good stuff. Sometimes we run out of ingredients or the grinder breaks down, and we just have to fix it and keep moving. It is a lot of manual work, weighing things out and sealing bags. We have lived in Nadiad for a long time and starting this business felt like the right thing to do. We are not looking to become a giant company; we just want to keep making our masalas the way we know how. It is a quiet, busy life here in Nalanda Nagar.
