Our office is located at number 33 in the Srinathkrupa Society, which is right by the Hirabhai Tower in Maninagar, Ahmedabad. It’s a quiet enough place to work, even though the city is always buzzing outside. We’ve been helping people with their property needs in this part of Ahmedabad for a good amount of time. We aren’t some big, polished firm with shiny offices. It is just a small local setup where we keep our files and meet with people who need a hand. Most days involve a lot of walking around and checking on different sites to see if they are still on the market. We try to stay organized, but sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the different papers and keys we have to manage. People usually find us just by walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor. We deal with everything from small flats to little shops around the tower. It’s practical work and doesn't involve much more than knowing who is selling and who is buying. We spend a lot of time on the phone, as you can imagine. We don't try to sound like a big corporation because we aren't one. We are just local folks who know the Maninagar area well. If someone needs a place, we do our best to find something that fits their budget without any extra fuss. It is just how we run things here.
